Student Dress Code

The following dress code has been designed to help ensure 
the safety of your child in school and to cut costs for all families.

Acceptable Dress

1.  Plain white dress shirts/blouses with collared or Budlong logo shirt. ( NOT basketball, football, or soccer jerseys.) Shirts must be tucked in for the boys.

2.  Navy blue or black dress pants/slacks are to be worn. No jeans, denim or baggy pants. Belts must be worn to hold up pants.

3.  Navy blue or black skirts that reach the knee may be worn by the girls.

Unacceptable Dress

1.  Improperly fittings clothing or ripped clothing.

2.  No caps or hats worn during school hours.

3.  No earrings to be worn by boys. No large hoop earrings to 
be worn by the girls.

4.  No outerwear (coats or jackets) worn during the school day, 
unless room is cold.

5.  No use of makeup

6.  No shorts, except in September, May, June, and most be knee length and either blue or black. (not baggy or ill-fittings)

7.  No wild hair styles, designs in hair, colored hair, spikes or hair streaking.

8.  No mini-skirts or bare midriffs.

9.  No apparel with symbols, other that the Budlong Bulldog logo.

10.  No cutoff sleeveless shirts, beachwear, flip flops, etc

    

These students are wearing proper uniforms!  Yeah!

These students are not in dress code. Sigh......
