Penny
Harvest is here at Budlong!
Thanks to everyone who helped make our first year of Penny Harvest a huge success!!!!!!
Last year our students gathered pennies and collected over 1,000 pounds of pennies. The students met weekly and investigated community agencies who could benefit from donations and donated $1000 to 4 wonderful organizations..

Attention 8th Graders! It's not too
early to start thinking about college and scholarships. If you are serious
about going to college, but you may not be able to afford it, check out this
list of scholarships available to minorities. Minorities is a broad
category, so you may be surprised at how many scholarships you may qualify for. It's a
good idea to familiarize yourself with these programs so that when the time comes
to apply for colleges, you will know that you can qualify for certain
scholarships. Click on the picture on the right to learn more.
