Budlong Bilingual Program provides English as a second language support with an extensive focus on developing word knowledge, fluency, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing. The Budlong Bilingual program also provides the knowledge and understanding of skills necessary to interact and challenge to meet the expectations of a global society. Students are encouraged to appreciated their cultural background as well as others. ACCESS TEST is done. This test measures the students grwoth in English.
