International Literacy Cluster
Room 404, working with Chicago Students and Jamaican Students, will be doing collaborative projects with IRC (International Reading Council) of Chicago, which will promote reading and writing. We are doing E-books this year. We will be writing about what we are doing to save the Earth.The Jamaican students will be writing us about what they are doing to make the earth a better, safer place to live.
Lyric Opera
The play Stone Soup was a great success. The children did an amazing job. Good work Room 404!

Guidelines 
Come to school EVERYDAY. Be on time.
Listen carefully and follow directions.
Complete all class work and homework assignments on time.
Wear the proper dress code:
Blue or black pants
White or maroon shirts with a collar
White or maroon sweaters or sweatshirts
NO hoods on the sweaters, sweatshirts, or
shirts
Be respectful to your teachers and classmates.
Bring a NOTE for EVERY ABSENCE!!
Parent Notes
Children should read for a minimum of 40 minutes every night.
Children MUST get the the book approved by Mrs. Perrin before reading it.
Parents must sign the book logs after their child has completed reading a book for their child to get credit.
The teacher will then sign the book logs indicating that the log has been turned in for credit.
