*We launched our Writing Workshop. The children are very busy learning about the writing process and will be working on their very own stories throughout the school year. Be sure to ask your little author about his/her story. Stay tuned for updates!

Upcoming Field Trips
We're going to see a Robin Hood Play on November 19. Permission slips have been sent out and most have been filled out and returned along with the trip fee. If you haven't completed the form and turned in the required fee, please do so by the end of the week.
The children are involved and very engaged in our Climbers Program. This technology integrated program has proven to be an effective tool in teaching our students early literacy skills. Don't forget to ask your child about the books they are reading in class in conjunction with Climbers Computer activities. This is Breakthrough to Literacy!

Check for completed school work; ask your child to share what they are learning or reading about in school. This is a great way for you to be actively involved in your child's education. Stay Informed.
Please read with your child every night. Ask questions and talk about the story.
