Welcome to Room 101's Web I'm glad you are able to be with us!  
News from the neighborhood Jaden has a new baby sister.  
Field trips Our first trip will be to Niles West High School for a live play on Robin Hood. Please send in the $3.50 and signed form as soon as possible.  
  We will also be taking a trip to the Chicago Field Museum to see the Dinosaurs in January.  
Dates to keep on the refrigerator door. Nov. 07: no school.   Nov.10: no school. Nov.11: no school. Nov.14: Report Card Pick Up Day-no school for the students. Remember to sign up for a time to see me for a conference and report card pick up. Nov. 19:field trip to Niles West High School. Nov.25: School Pow-Wow (children bring a bag of snacks for themselves to eat at the Pow-Wow). Nov.26: no school. Nov.27: no school. Nov.28:no school.                                                

Skills to keep practicing over the next busy weeks.

Counting to 50 or more. Identifying all the alphabet letters and their sounds. Recognizing rhyming words. Recognizing numbers 0 to 50. Identifying penny, nickel, dime, quarter, and values.
